2008.04.25 正式接手开发。针对2.4修正了使用冷却中技能突出计时条的功能，感谢月色狼影、SilverFox和Mer的帮助

CooldownTimers2:
- Added a pulse icon based on JIM's cooldown pulse, since he no longer seems to be updating his addon people frequently request this. Will remove if JIM asks me to.
- Options for the pulse icon are currently only in the dropdown menu. Will add to gui later.

--暂时图标提示的设置只能通过菜单进行，很快会添加到GUI上

- Fixed pulse when the bar is in the middle of a pulse as it hits 0.0
- Reordered the bar completion function so that if you have cooldownfinished sound enabled, it will play regardless of whether the announce is enabled or disabled, effectively making the option work properly
