Dominos更新1.9.4 官方汉化修正

官方用的翻译版本是我发布的测试版，没有汉化完全，可以自行比较。先谢谢yleaf替我提交上去，但是下次也希望认真些，我没有很快提交给tullor，就是因为我要测试没问题才提交。
官方已包含我的汉化，今后更新可以直接下载官方插件！
用过Bongos系列的会很容易上手，特别是喜欢Bongos2的，Dominos的设置基本和Bongos2一样
感谢CWDG的 Kurax 等给予的帮助和支持，特别是Kurax帮忙修改插件Bug（已报告作者）
插件简介：
Dominos动作条增强插件是类似于Bartender3的动作条增强插件，功能齐全却占用资源较小，提供10个动作条进行按键绑定，快速翻页，设置行数间距，移动到任意的位置等功能，此外还能对宠物条，形态条，状态条，背包条进行自定义的设置。第一次使用请打开界面选项的插件设置里，点击“进入设置模式”进行详细的自定义设置，如图：

RedRange - 超距染色
OmniCC - 冷却计时，在按键上添加冷却计时数字
ButtonFacade - 动作条美化
ESC->界面->插件 ->选择Dominos 即可进入设置菜单
进入设置模式，右键点击动作条，弹出设置子菜单，可以设置翻页等等
选择按键绑定模式，鼠标悬停按下按键即可进行绑定，ESC解除当前按键绑定
